The 'Help' menu in the upper right corner of the screen provides a number of support options.
• | User Guide - select this option to open the user guide directly to the section related to the current screen. You may also click the question mark icon found just below the menu and to the right of each screen. |
• | Ask a Question - A form will appear that allows you to submit a question to the technical support team. Questions will be responded to within one business day but our typical response time is much faster. |
• | Submit a Bug - Please use this option if the system is not behaving as expected. This form sends additional, important information to the technical support team to help diagnose issues. If an error message appears then the relevant information is transmitted automatically. In this case it is not necessary to use the 'Submit a Bug' form unless you want to provide some additional information. |
• | Make a Suggestion - Please use this form to suggest improvements, changes and new features. We tabulate the suggestions to develop improvements in future updates. |
Registered administrator-level users and IT professionals may also contact NuDatum directly for support. Non-admin users should contact the site or regional admin user within your organization.
