ProAct Online Outage

At 12:24PM CST, August 31, 2022 the primary ProAct application server entered an unhealthy state due to a hardware malfunction and was automatically replaced with a new server. At the time, usage was low enough to warrant a single application server so this resulted in 2 minutes of downtime while the new server booted up. We are already working on methods to reduce or eliminate downtime in the unlikely event of another hardware malfunction. Please contact us if you have any questions.
