The Master Behavior List screen is used to enter all of the Behaviors that will be used in the system.  The Master Behavior List may only be modified in Master mode.

The Master Behavior List acts as an inventory of items used to create Checklists.   Site Checklists may not include all the Master Behaviors but since all Checklists are based on the Master List it provides a framework for multi-site reports.

To enter a New Behavior, click the New button then select the Category from the Category drop-down list then type the name of the Behavior in the Behavior field.  Click Save to save the Behavior to the system.

You may also specify a sort Order number.  If no sort Order number is specified then the Behaviors will be listed alphabetically within their Categories.

To Edit a Behavior, click the Edit button and modify the Behavior name or sort Order.  Complete the edit by clicking the Save button.

To Deactivate a Behavior, select the Edit button next to the Behavior record you wish to remove, deselect the Active checkbox then click the Save button.

If the number of items displayed on any variable screen exceeds the number of Rows Per Page specified, Paging functionality will be enabled at the bottom of the screen.
