Support Service Impacted by Winter Storm

NuDatum Software support team works out of the Houston area and was impacted by a sever winter storm. Power, Internet, and Mobile services have all been impacted. On Monday we experienced power outages for more than 12 hours. As of Tuesday at 9am services have been restored but more rolling blackouts are planned. This may delay response to support inquiries. However, it will have no impact on availability of ProAct Online.

We expect the support service impact to end by Friday, February 19.
