Hardware Upgrades

Over the past month we began seeing the server RAM usage averaging close to 50% and peaking over 75%. During the scheduled maintenance last night we performed a hardware upgrade that doubled the amount RAM in our web servers. Our goal is to maintain twice the expected resources needed so that a sudden or unexpected increase in usage will not result in performance issues. This upgrade will allow the application to run at less than 25% RAM usage and peak usage should not exceed 40%. As always, we will continue monitoring usage to ensure the best possible experience.
