Support Status Update: Standard & Professional Editions
ProAct Standard and Professional editions are transitioning to Limited Support on January 1, 2016. Limited Support includes technical assistance but not software maintenance. Current support subscribers whose service extends into 2016 may opt to be refunded the prorated portion of the service or apply the credit toward Limited Support. As always clients may apply any unused portion of support services and Product Lifespan Credit toward upgrading to ProAct Online. Reason for this change: Microsoft’s support for the development platform used has been waning over the past few years and compatibility with new versions of Windows and other software is no longer possible to guarantee. In addition the need for an installed solution has dramatically diminished over the past few years and we are focused on providing the best web-based solutions possible.
